Who Am I


I retired from forty years of leading and consulting with organizations. I now coach leaders and people to become better interpersonal communicators.


As a leader and organizational culture change consultant managing cultural change projects with budgets in the millions to small businesses on main street with budgets in the thousands, I assessed several organizations, hundreds of leaders, and thousands of employees in various industries, non-profits, and government organizations. From these assessments, the greatest need for change was communication. 

When there is more than one person involved, everything begins and ends with communication. I discovered communication is not taught in k-12 school systems and is optional in many university curricula. My mission is to provide education to as many men, women, and children as possible to help alleviate the effective interpersonal communication void in our society. 

I aim to enhance the awareness and need for essential interpersonal communication education to develop more trusting connections that improve professional and personal relationships. 

I intend to do this through webinars, counseling, and mentoring educational experiences for anyone who desires to improve connections with others and improve trusting professional and personal relationships.
