As a Special Forces Officer, company executive, consultant, author, and lecturer Victor has spent his career dedicated to developing leaders and improving people's performance from the shop floor to the Board of Directors in the business world. He has worked with small companies and billion-dollar organizations both domestically and internationally.
Victor spent ten years dedicated to researching education on personal protection and security. He is the author of Create A Bad Guy Free zone, 2nd ed. How the average person can protect themselves, Creating A Bad Guy Free zone While Traveling, and Building A Strategy For Fitness.
Victor is retired and lives in Michigan. His Bachelor's Degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of West Florida. His Master's Degree in Organizational Communication from the University of Oklahoma and taught as an adjunct professor for two semesters while working on post-graduate credit. Victor is the host of the Victor Vogel podcast and conducts webinars on organizational change, trust-building, leadership, and personal protection.
