11. Who should take this Course?
This course is designed for leaders at all levels, from CEO and senior executives down to crew leaders and, in some cases, employees who are being groomed to be leaders in the future. It is, however, beneficial to anyone who takes the course. In normal life, there are leadership roles in most places where groups of people live and work together. In a family, there usually emerges a leader. This is true for extended families. You also see leadership in groups of people, like friends, professional organizations, churches, and other groups of people. We encourage you to take this program down to every employee in the organization. Most employee teams have informal group leaders. The reality of most companies is that employees work longer in their positions and may work under multiple leaders over time. Learning these communication principles can help employees relate to new leaders over time, therefore reducing the friction and conflict in organizations.
