Interpersonal Communication Leadership Course Syllabus
Course Title: Interpersonal Communication Leadership Course: A Practical Guide for All Organizations
Instructor: Victor L. Vogel (or a qualified substitute instructor if Victor L. Vogel is unavailable. Special guests may co-instruct certain classes at no extra fee.)
Course Overview: This 13-week course is designed to equip participants with essential interpersonal communication skills to enhance their leadership abilities. Students will learn to transfer their new knowledge to their work environment, optimizing their communication to build stronger connections with employees, foster trust, and cultivate a psychologically safe and productive culture. This will lead to more satisfied and highly engaged employees.
Course Duration: 13 weeks, one day per week for two hours.
Course Cost: $795.00 per person, due at registration.
Refund Policy:
Full Refund: If ICLC cancels the course, the course fee will be refunded in full. A full refund will also be issued if a person cancels their registration 48 hours before the first class.
No Refund: There is no refund if a student drops the course after the 48-hour deadline before the first class.
Waivers and Discounts: ICLC reserves the right to waive, reduce, or negotiate discounted fees for specific individual circumstances, at the sole discretion of ICLC and Victor L. Vogel.
